Property feed

noun

Topic: Stock, data and integrations

  1. A regular, automatic transfer of an estate agent’s property listings from their office software to their website, and often on to property portals.
  2. Without one, every property has to be typed into the website by hand as well as into the agent’s own system, which wastes time and invites mistakes. With one, the details, photos, floor plans and status (for sale, under offer, sold) flow across by themselves. The agent’s office software is the master record, so the website always matches it.

Example When the negotiator marked the house as sold in the office system, the property feed updated the website soon afterwards.
